A spontaneous crystal singing bowl sound journey at Starr Jaycee Park this Friday evening.
We’ll begin by relaxing the body with 15 minutes of gentle, intuitive seated movement to release tension — no yoga mat or yoga experience necessary. Then, settle into an an immersive sound experience featuring seven crystal singing bowls — all held under the open sky and surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature and the still presence of spirit.
We’ll gather on the west side of the park, just past the tree line and disc golf area, near the large open field and the solitary tree.
Location: Starr Jaycee Park — 13 Mile Rd, just east of Crooks, south side of 13 Mile Rd

What to Bring: Something to sit or lie on (blanket, towel, chair), water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors.
Close your eyes and unwind into the sound and the silence.
